Required Skills & Experience
- Outstanding conceptual and strategic thinking
- Proven design innovation and leadership
- Able to execute on design projects for B2B and B2C companies - from concept through to production
- Fluent in design and development optimization techniques to deliver the best user experience in the most technically efficient way
- Fully abreast of current usability standards and best user experience practices online
- Able to be an effective 'working manager' - executing on projects while overseeing a pool of freelance designers

Design & Technical Capabilities
Must be thoroughly proficient in:
- Adobe Suite -- including Photoshop, Illustrator, Image Ready, InDesign
- Macromedia -- Fireworks, Flash / Action Scripting, Dreamweaver
- HTML
- PowerPoint
- IBM & Mac environments
