DigitalGrit Project Managers are responsible for the delivery of projects that support client objectives and expectations, as scheduled, and within the project budget established. With team input, PMs must create project plans that lay out team activities following the DigitalGrit methodology so that client objectives and delivery dates are met.
PMs have responsibility to:
• Consult with clients to provide project approaches that support business objectives and effectively manage risks to the client.
• Coordinate team member activities so that their deliverables are seamlessly integrated and delivered on a timely basis.
• Have day-to-day contacts and close working relationships with clients and must work closely with sales and account managers to grow engagements.
• Provide current and accurate project information to assist with resource planning and revenue management.
• Work with client to gather, formulate and communicate system requirements based on client's business needs
• Define and develop business and system specifications and requirement documents.
• Work with marketing, graphics and usability specialists to specify Web page designs
• Work with technical staff to research data interfaces, specify object models and page variability
• Facilitate walkthroughs of requirements and/or design documents with customers and project team members
• Support integration, system and acceptance testing processes
Qualifications: The candidate will possess a well-documented relationship management background. Must have technical knowledge of web development, ability to manage teams with diverse skill sets and excellent communication skills to interface with clients. Plus: Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Employee Self-Service (ESS), Enterprise portal applications, Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM).
