Want to learn a little more about the kind of people we're looking for? -- Well, some of them, anyway?
Read this article on Monster. It includes an interview with Scott Delea, our SVP & GM, eMarketing Servies.
So you don't need to excel in both marketing and IT (Lord knows I don't! Although I did setup my own wireless network at home.) but if you're in marketing, you've gotta love and respect IT, and if you're in IT...well, try really hard to do the same. (Or at least pretend you do.)

That's right....in addition to being an awesome place work, we actually produce award-winning work, too.
We've just won the WebAward IAC (IAC WebAward?) for a campaign we did with ADP.
And last year, we were finalists for both and OMMA Award and an AD:TECH award.
Not that we're bragging or anything. ;-)

As I stated in my first post - one thing we aim to do with this blog is give you interested parties a birdseye view of life at DigitalGrit.
That said, today represents one of my favorite days of the month here at DG - Birthday Day.
Yes, it may be reminiscent of your grade school days, but we celebrate birthdays every month. Laugh all you want about it, but after crunching away at your computer all day - no matter how much you love your job - there's nothing like breaking away for a free, sweet slice of yummy birthday cake,
And hanging out with the rest of the team (because, yes, everybody comes out for cake) isn't too bad either.
